Don Santiago (Coach Don) is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of hands-on coaching experience. His training style is simple: teach the basics, build consistency, and progress you in a way that’s challenging—but doable.

Whether your goal is fat loss + body recomposition, getting stronger in the big lifts, improving overall conditioning, or just feeling better day-to-day, Don’s coaching is built around what actually works long term.

  • I met Trey about 8 years ago at a powerlifting meet when I had only been lifting weights for about a year . Instantly we clicked and he made me feel like he really cared . First , he’s just a really nice guy and a great friend ! Through the last 8 years I’ve had many chances to train with him and work alongside him.
